La Gerencia de Turismo, Cultura, Educación y Deporte, es un órgano de línea de segundo nivel organizacional, responsable de supervisar, conducir, planificar y administrar las actividades de cultura, turismo, educación y deporte de su competencia, en concordancia con la política general del gobierno y los planes sectoriales y las directivas relacionadas a sus actividades.
